How do I delete my account?
Open Settings > Delete Account in the app. There is a 30-day grace period before the account and associated data are deleted.

How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. Cancel BANBAN Pro from your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting a BANBAN account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
How do I report AI content?
Long-press the AI message in chat and choose Report. If you cannot report in the app, contact us by email.
Are AI replies always accurate?
BANBAN's AI features are for task planning and companion-style productivity support. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
